The Xiaoyi M1 (aka Xiaomi micro-single camera) is packed with a Sony Exmor IMX269 sensor. This 20.16MP camera (ISO 100-25600) is capable of taking photos at a resolution of 5184 × 3888 pixels. But it the lens are interpolated up to 50MP it can provide 8160 × 6120 pixel resolution shooting. Plus, this camera records 4K videos at 30 fps and 1080p videos at 60 fps.
The Xiaoyi M1 comes with two lens. The first one comes at a focal length of 12-40mm/maximum aperture of F3.5-5.6, and there are also an ED lens, 3 non-spherical lens, and an aspherical ED lens.
The second one comes with a 62 mm lens filter and 42.5mm of maximum aperture/F1.8 lens.
As you see, the Xiaomi camera looks outstanding and it costs too less compared to many devices from the same niche. Besides the abovementioned features, this model also sports a built-in ISP image processor and quad-core ARM CPU. Regardless the lens type, it supports HDR, uncompressed RAW, EIS (Electronic Image Stabilization), and distortion correction. At last, there are two attractive features that can become selling points for this camera – Touch Tap AF and Face Detection (up to 32 faces).
