Steven Wang confirms that Xiaomi is targeting Peru and Colombia

Steven Wang is the director of Regional Marketing at Xiaomi Technology and was present at the launch event of the Chinese company in Chile. As we mentioned, Pisapapeles had a brief interview with him where he confirmed many scenarios of the brand’s expansion in Latin America, including its arrival in two new countries, Peru and Colombia. Of course, there is still no confirmed date, however, he assured that the brand will be present in both countries sooner than expected.

Because Xiaomi is recently venturing into Latin American territory, it is logical to think that the catalog of products that would arrive in Peru and Colombia would be very similar to the one we will see in Chile. We could say that the company wants to learn how the continent behaves to its introduction. For now, we will wait patiently for news about it, but the Mi Fans of both countries can already get excited!
