On July 19, Xiaomi finally released the much-anticipated large-screen smartphone named the Xiaomi Mi Max 3. Besides the 6.9-inch display, it also comes with a fast Snapdragon 636 processor and a 5500mAh battery. We are offering you to take a look at its design and get acquainted with the key features.
First, the Xiaomi Mi Max 3 sports a 6.9-inch 18:9 FHD+ full-screen. The screen size is about 7% higher than the previous generation, but the body size is basically the same. The screen ratio of the whole machine is as high as 85.19%.
It does not use the bangs screen design. So the 8MP front camera, which supports AI face unlock, is placed on the forehead.
The virtual buttons seen on previous Android models are canceled on the Xiaomi Mi Max 3. Now it uses on-screen gestures provided by MIUI 10.
The back of the fuselage adopts the ‘thin waist’ design. The hidden U-shaped antenna belt design is used on the upper and lower sides of the fuselage to make it more integrated.
The Xiaomi Mi Max 3 is equipped with a 12MP + 5MP dual-camera. The main camera has a unit pixel area of 1.4 microns, an aperture of f/1.9, and supports Dual-PD dual-core speed focusing, AI scene recognition, and intelligent recognition.
Below the fuselage is the ‘MI’ logo.
The Type-C data interface is placed on the bottom side, while the 3.5mm headphone jack is moved to the top side. The phone also provides an infrared remote control function.
When comparing with the iPhone X, we see how monstrous it looks.
But it can still be held in one hand.
There are three colors of meteorite black, dream gold, and deep sea blue. The 4+64GB version is priced at 1699 yuan, and the 6+128GB price is 1999 yuan. It will be officially opened at 10:00 on July 20.
