We have learned a few weeks back Xiaomi will hold a conference on April 11, where it should announce its new flagship. Even Lei Jun has officially confirmed the Mi 6 will debut this month. But as there was no official confirmation whether all those statements are final or not we have had all reasons to think there will be no Xiaomi Mi 6 on this date. Fortunately, today Xiaomi official page announced this phone will be unleashed tomorrow.
Other than that, leaked photos of Xiaomi Mi 6’s front panel (white and black) showcase the phone doesn’t sport a border-less display, but the border control is still impressive. There are also a few holes above the screen, and we have all the reasons to think this handset will support iris recognition. The large Home button is located below the display. But many say it’s not press-able.

Earlier we have heard the Xiaomi Mi 6 will sport a Snapdragon 835 processor clocked at two different frequencies. Therefore there will be at least two variants. The device still features a 5.15-inch Full HD screen, 8MP front camera, 12MP rear camera, 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB memory options, Android 7.1.1 and many more. One of the main changes in this phone is the 3.5mm audio jack cancellation and IP68 certification claiming its waterproof nature.
