Xiaomi Mi 6 Ceramic Edition Comes Tomorrow on May 23 at 2999 yuan ($435)

When the Xiaomi Mi 5 was out, it bit all of its rivals one after another. Thanks to a decent specs list and a ceramic body it was able to compete with the top brands. Unfortunately, the next-gen flagships of Xiaomi in face of the Mi 5S and Mi 5S Plus were not able to make a tough competition, because they lack this feature. The current model, the Xiaomi Mi 6 has been announced in two variants – glass and ceramic. But as there are some production capacity problems related with the ceramic housings, the first bunches of the Mi 6 were launched in glass only. As for now, the ceramic variant of the phone will be out tomorrow at 10:00AM.

Xiaomi Mi 6 Ceramic Edition

The Xiaomi Mi 6 sports too many outstanding features but the ceramic housing. Among them we can find a 5.15-inch Full HD screen, Snapdragon 835 chip, 6GB of RAM, 64/128GB of internal memory, dual-camera (Sony IMX386 + Samsung S5K3M3 sensors) supporting 2x optical zoom as well as 4-axis OIS, which uses the internal gyroscope and acceleration sensor, high-speed detection of jitter’s 8 directions, micro-motor to adjust the attitude in real-time drive, and compensation jitter, 3350mAh battery, Android 7.1 and many more. This is the most powerful Mi phone ever launched, but what’s more amazing it is the main rival to the Samsung Galaxy S8. Thus we are dealing with a legend handset.
