The Chinese tech manufacturer Xiaomi has brought a significant enhancement in its Xiao AI Voice Assistant. The company announced during its own MIDC development conference that it would land incredible feature on the Xiaomi Voice Assistant platform.
The Xiao AI 3.0 will capture a male voice option to add ‘naturally continuous dialogue’ in smartphones devices. Further, the voice assistant module will work as the Google Assistant. You can ask queries to get solutions with some previous answers on the base.
According to the GizChina reports, users will be able to talk to the Xiaomi’s voice assistant and can also pay hurdles to initiate a new command. As per the current scenario, this feature is only available in Xiaomi Mi 9 and Xiaomi Mi 9 Pro smartphones.
To build up the present affair, Xiaomi has conducted comprehensive research and development (R&D) on the voice assistant platform. Further, it invested a lot of time to bring the deal into the picture. Today, Xiaomi’s Natural Language Processing System (MiNLP) is active for over 6 billion times a day.
Hence, we can see a plethora of efforts made by Xiaomi to add another surprise into its smart devices. To recall, Xiaomi launched its own Ai voice assistant platform in the first half of 2018. It made a debut on Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S.
The Xiaomi Ai voice assistant is meant only for Chinese users. Moreover, it has managed to have 49.9 million active users in just a bit more than a year.
On the other side, the Chinese firm also integrates an Earthquake Alert Warning System using EMUI 11. It is developed for phones with MIUI 11 and Mi TVs. Initially, it was first launched on 20 September in a testing phase and will be expanded soon in China.
