  1. My 2 cents. I bought the 2GB/ 8GB version. It ended up only being 4gb flash storage instead of 8. The box was using test keys and has no build number. Tested updating which returned an error. Getting support from the company is like pulling teeth. Box still runs well, but be warned they aren’t as advertised, atleast mine wasn’t. Mine was official from Susay.

    1. You could always use an SD card for storage. My bigger concern would be, did it come 1GB or 2GB of RAM? That part you can’t change and makes a big difference. Also, have you run Antutu benchmark for it? I can’t find results anywhere. Please post if you have it.

      1. Got a 64gb SD in mine. BTW AirPin Pro is awesome for AirPlay. Mine is the 2gb model. I installed Top TV Launcher as default is terrible.

        Ran test. Device name T95-2G
Score was 34643 total. Rank 21

        1. Thats a respectable Antutu score. Thanks for posting. I have a Vensmile Q8 Rk3288 with a score of just under 39000 (stock everything, no over clocking). I’m not completely satisfied with its graphics despite it sporting a Mali-764 gpu. I need a second box and I’m wondering if an S905 running at 2.0Ghz with a Mali-450 gpu may provide a more stable and smooth video.

          1. I can’t say for certain. The box is ok, but I honestly would seek one with better support. Every company selling the T95 has terrible support. They are not root capable either which sucks if you want to alter the boot animation or peri stall apps when u factory reset. Mine also loses time sometimes when it’s off which can be annoying. It’s an 8gb box but 4gb is taken up from the operating system. The ad is ok but it won’t let you move apps to scud without rooting.

          2. At the time I wrote my response no root was available. I don’t know how to edit my post. But yes root is good. The box still occasionally loses time when powering up. I am looking to completely replace my launcher but didn’t venture far yet.

          3. I recommend Smart Launcher. Have you had any joy with a firmware update? I’d like a more stable OS, this keeps closing my applications in the background, including my AirVPN connection and LMT launcher. A non-test keys Lollipop build would be nice, I’m still getting issues installing some applications which should work fine. Ideally, I’d like a vanilla Android build with no branding at all.

          4. Currently no update for os. I personally haven’t had issues installing things, just ensure unknown sources is enabled. I am using an updated version of AirPin(Pro) for AirPlay and for the most part it has no issues, bit of lag with games. The best launcher is Top TV Launcher, you can get it free by searching various sites for the apk file and side loading it ( install from file vs play store). Give it a go it is customizable. I also suggest MX Player for movies. Maybe in time the box will get update or tweak, but when clicking update it fails the OTA server. Lemme know if you need any help with anything else.

          5. Yeah, I’ve tried all the launchers out there that are suitable for media boxes, and some that are not. Wasn’t a fan of Top TV Launcher myself, I tried it for a week or so but it just seemed a bit cumbersome. I went with Smart Launcher Pro on my Nvidia Shield TV on my main TV in the living room, very customisable and automatic categorisation of apps/games when installed. Link to screenshot attached. Typically, it seems to cause a few crashes on the T95 though, despite being as solid as a rock on the Nvidia. Then again, everything is on that beast. Goes to show you really do get what you pay for.

Shame there is no OS update, or that these things aren’t more popular and there be a vanilla Marshmallow build, which I’d like ultimately. The fact the installed version of Android is a test-keys says a low.

          6. I have unknown sources enabled of course, but there are certain APK files that refuse to run. Nova being the most obvious one. It’s worth noting that my T95 is labelled as an Easytone. The hardware is identical but perhaps your one has a more stable Android build.

          7. Mines made by Susay, still test-keys from mine. But I do have the bluetooth
