In the last years, many tech companies came in with interesting cross-cooperation products. Those devices have been mainly based on their latest and/or most popular models. Say, there were many thematic smartphones. As for Xiaomi, it launches custom versions of its much popular products as well. For example, recently it released the Xiaomi Mi 6X Hatsune Miku phone. This is a smart move to attract fans from all around the world. But it’s also beneficial in terms of sales as such campaigns will add freshness and boost sales. Recently, Xiaomi Ecological Chain Enterprise Stone Technology announced the cooperation with Inter Milan Club. As a result, they released the custom version of the Roborock Sweep One robotic vacuum launched back in September. What’s interesting, the Roborock Sweep One Inter Milan Version has a customers’ satisfaction rate of 99%. So the new version with Inter Milan’s colors should be considered as a great gift to Inter’s fans.
Roborock Sweep One Inter Milan Version Appearance
The Roborock Sweep One Inter Milan Version has two custom-made peripherals compared to the regular version. As shown above, one is the mascot of the World Cup in Russia, Zabiwaka, and the other is a commemorative piece with the Inter Milan emblem.
This is the fuselage body. As we see, the blue and black design elements don’t occupy too much space. The huge Inter Milan emblem is placed in the center of the top of the machine. The blue-black ring circles the cleaner. The small disk on the top carries ‘IMFC.’
Compared with the charging base of the first-gen version, the charging base of the Roborock Sweep One increased the identification area and turned the two lateral charging shrapnel into two small metal contacts.
Compared with the previous generation, the wheel suspension has been adjusted and optimized, upgraded from 1.5cm to 2.0cm. As a result, the chassis has become higher that helps to overcome obstacles more easily.
In general, compared to the ordinary version, the appearance of the Roborock Sweep One Inter Milan version has not changed drastically.

Roborock Sweep One Inter Milan Version Experience
We don’t want to pay much attention to its appearance because we are dealing with a home appliance and it’s been made with a certain purpose in mind – to keep the house clean. Plus, this is a smart cleaner, which simply means it will do the most of job without your acknowledgment if you wish.
Cleaning through the app
The Roborock Sweep One Inter Milan Version belongs to the family of Xiaomi Ecological Chain. Thus, it supports remote control via the Mijia Home app.
Once connected, you can see the real-time status of the cleaner. It displays the cleaning time, remaining power, cleaning area, etc. We should note the displayed information is way larger than that in the first generation model.
You can also set timers and schedule cleaning through the app. Later you can get reports concerning the cleaning process and frequency. At the same time, there are five cleaning modes – mopping, quiet, standard, strong, and Max. The power consumption and cleaning intensity sequentially increase according to the selected mode.
There are two ways to control the movement and the cleaning of this cleaner. For all those cases, when it can’t find ways itself, you can manually move it like a remote control car.
Unlike the first-gen model, this one will sweep the ground and drag it at the same time. According to the official information, the Roborock Sweep One Inter Milan Version adopts a brand new plant bionics wet mopping system, which treats the filter element as a root treatment and a mop as a leaf. Then it controls the water by itself and can continue to wet for 45 to 60 minutes.
During the test, we found that when sweeping and mopping, the water was evenly distributed. Thus, it was dragged and dried. When it didn’t move, the mop automatically stopped seeping. This function is based on the capillary principle. This means that the liquid is inside the thin tubular object and rises due to the difference in cohesion and adhesion and overcoming the gravity. In this way, the filter element maintains automatic water absorption so that the mop can ensure sufficient water content at the moment.
Fixed point cleaning
Before starting cleaning the Roborock Sweep One Inter Milan Version cleaner should set the map. With the high-precision LDS laser ranging sensor, the smart cleaner will quickly scan the room at 5×360°/sec. The SLAM algorithm constructs a room map. By the way, the LDS and SLAM algorithms are independently developed. Honestly, this is the selling point of this high-end robotic cleaner. But if you wish to send commands to the cleaner to say what certain areas you want to clean, you can move your finger to define the area. Say, it can be very useful when we litter in a certain place. There is no need to clean the whole room.
Carpet cleaning test
This mode has been promoted as one of the most highlighted features. The maximum sanction power of the Roborock Sweep One Inter Milan Version is 2000Pa. Not all smart cleaners can boast of such a power. So we decided to test it as well. We were pleasantly surprised. Our protagonist can automatically identify the carpet and open the maximum suction to clean the target object. It will automatically resume normal suction after leaving the carpet. This is very important in terms of energy-saving considerations.
We know the Roborock Sweep One Inter Milan Version comes with up to 13 sensors. On the top, we can find the LDS laser ranging sensor and the pressure sensor. There is also an omnidirectional pressure sensor that can scan at 360-degree to prevent the collision. Actually, thanks to the infrared sensor the cleaner will find the charger when there is insufficient power. But there were cases when it was next to the charger and couldn’t identify it. The next sensor is capable of accurately identifying the edges and promptly ‘staying on the cliff.’ Seems that the cliff sensor is still very effective.
Actually, we tested it for three modes – standby, quiet (silent), and MAX. As a result, we got 54.2db, 61.4db, and 69.8db, respectively.
The Roborock Sweep One Inter Milan Version is fully fitted with a closed silencer cotton and a special porous air screen for noise reduction design, which is quite useful in preventing noise.
Roborock Sweep One Inter Milan Version Battery
To test the charging process, the data was recorded every 20 minutes. As a result, it was fully charged in 170 minutes. Considering the large capacity battery of 5200mAh, it’s quite acceptable.
In order to test the endurance, we removed the charger because the robotic cleaner would look for it when there is insufficient power. The remaining power was 100%. We turned on the MAX mode. The results were shocking. Once there was a remaining power of 19%, we looked at the data. It worked for 114 minutes and cleaned 145 square meters.
The Final Words
13 sensors, large suction, high suspension, and automatic recharge are what we need to see on a robotic vacuum cleaner. The Roborock Sweep One Inter Milan Version can easily adapt to various environments, strengthen the ability to overcome obstacles, and you shouldn’t have to worry about it when it is working.
In past years, Inter Milan didn’t perform well. But in August, Inter Milan returned to the Champions League after six years! So with the launch of this model, Xiaomi will return to the game again. Although it hasn’t been out of game ever.
