The Chinese smartphone manufacturing firm Realme is all set to introduce the Realme X2 Pro smartphone next week on November 20. Alongside, it is being speculated that the company may also announce the successor to the Realme 5, dubbed Realme 5s.
Features of Realme 5s:
As per the sources familiar with the launch plan, the Realme 5s will feature almost the same specifications list but with some improvements in the photography department. To confirm, the Realme 5s landing page on Flipkart has also revealed that the device will host a 48MP primary sensor in the quad-cam system on the back.
Realme 5 was launched a couple of months ago in India, but the producer is already on the way to introduce the improved version of the same. An unannounced device by Realme is certified in India and Thailand with a model number RMX1925. But we have no official information about the launch or specifications. It is being anticipated that it may be a minor improvement over the Realme 5.
In terms of the rumours, smartphone specs will be essentially the same as the Realme 5 but with enhanced camera features. Unlike the 12MP primary sensor on the Realme 5, the 5s will embed the 48MP main sensor in its four-camera setup on the back.
The other three shooters are the 8MP, 2MP and 2MP like the predecessor. The front side will house a 13 MP selfie camera as well. In other specifications, we can expect the device to host a 6.5-inch HD+ waterdrop notch touchscreen with Corning Gorilla Glass 3+ protection layer.
For storage, the 5s may install 4GB/64GB for the base model along with the Snapdragon 665 processor chipset. The ColorOS 6 skin may be there with the Android 9.0 Pie OS platform.
