The AlfaRC Herbie 112mm is a small Toothpick or Toothpick racing quadcopter. The drone is not intended for indoor flying due to the lack of propeller and motor protection.

It is a very nimble Toothpick analog FPV drone thanks to its good AlfaRC 1103 8000KV engines and light weight due to its 112mm carbon frame diagonally from one engine to the next. The protective casing is as light as possible and protects only from blows from above, everything is open from the side, but blows there are very rare, so the manufacturer did not add weight and protect the sides. The flight controller is placed on the frame using anti-vibration pads, this eliminates the negative effect on the gyroscope, so the flight will be as clean as possible.

The AlfaRC Herbie 112mm quadcopter is not intended for flying around the house, as the propellers are not covered and can be dangerous. The Herbie 112mm should only be flown outdoors.

Video is transmitted using an analog video transmitter without manufacturer’s indication, power is regulated: PIT / 25/100/200 mW. PIT is a tuning mode where the minimum power is turned on in order not to interfere with other flying pilots during tuning. Video is transmitted to the VTX from the excellent Caddx.us Turbo Eos2 1200TVL FPV Camera camera, it is installed mainly on these types of quadcopters.

AlfaRC Herbie 112mm propellers are made of polycarbonate, so it is better to buy spare ABS propellers for cold weather, as polycarbonate becomes brittle. In warmer months, polycarbonate propellers are ideal.

You can choose to order a drone with or without a receiver, if with a receiver, then either with the classic FrSky XM +, or FlySky Fli14 for budget equipment.
