Vivo Launched the iQOO Neo 855 Racing Edition in China for $368, Featuring SD855+ SoC and 33W Fast Charging

The China-based smartphone maker Vivo launched the iQOO Neo in July this year with SD845 processor. Later in October, the company again come up with the iQOO Neo 855. Now, the iQOO Neo lineup has received another entry in the form of iQOO Neo 855 Racing Edition.

The latest development is essentially the improved version of the previous iQOO Neo 855. It has replaced the old processor by the Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 855+.

Features of Iqoo Neo 855 racing edition:

As per the storage choices, the device offers only a single 128 GB internal storage along with dual RAM selections, i.e. 8GB and 12GB. Users will have no way to extend its internal storage.

On the front side, the iQOO Neo 855 Racing Edition will feature a 6.38” AMOLED FHD+ HDR10 support display. It also includes a fingerprint scanner underneath.

The smartphone runs the Android 9.0 Pie-based Monster UI in the software area and brings some dedicated gaming features like Game Box and Game Space in tow. The Multi-turbo acceleration technology will boost up the overall system performance.

Well, the photography department of the iQOO Neo 855 Racing Edition is designed with a triple-cam module (12MP + 8MP + 2MP) on the back and a 16MP selfie snapper on the front.

To power up the system, the company has arranged for a 4500 mAh battery with the 33W Fast Charging support. Users can opt for three colours selections – Carbon Black, Iceland Aurora, and Light Mint.

When it comes to pricing, the iQOO Neo 855 Racing Edition 8GB/128GB variant is priced at CNY 2,598 ($370), whereas the iQOO Neo 855 Racing Edition 12GB/128GB variant will cost you CNY 2,798 ($400). The company has selected December 12 to hit sales for the same phone.
