INTRODUCTING YOU TO THE PHONE THAT ANYONE CAN AFFORD (BV 2000):
This September, Chinese company Blackview launched their newest smartphone called BV 2000. Hence, this time they were able to achieve the goal. A goal mentioned in their slogan:
Smartphone for everyone
This is because they are offering the new BV 2000 for just $90. Yup, that’s true. Even though the specs are also not bad but average.
Heading forward to the specs:
BV 2000’s LCD display is based on IPS (In-Plane Switching) technology. The screen size is 5” inches with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels (720p) and 290 ppi (Pixel per inch). The screen is also capacitive and multi-touch (5 points).

The whole body of BV 2000 is plastic coated and the back is colored with blue or olive green or even black depending upon the choice of user. The dimensions of BV 2000 are 72.6 mm x 145.0 mm x 8.9 mm and the total weight is just 116 grams. The frame size is 0.36 mm and about 64% is usable surface.
Performance & Hardware:
The new BV 2000 is composed of mediocre components to give you an average performance, actually good for that price. The heart of BV 2000 is a quad core processor “ARM Cortex-A53 MediaTek MT6735M” having a frequency of 1 GHZ. The RAM for this phone is 1 GB and the graphics are provided through a GPU called ARM Mali-T720 MP4. The total benchmark of BV 2000 is 19000 (Overall performance better than 45% of smartphones)
The internal storage of BV 2000 is 8 GB and to add additional storage a micro-SD slot is also introduced which supports up to 64 GB.
BV 2000 has a back and a front camera. The rear (back) camera has a resolution of 5 Megapixels and the front camera has a resolution of 2 Megapixels. It is basically a CMOS sensor and features:
1: Digital image stabilization
2: HDR mode
3: ISO settings
4: Manual focus
5: Scene mode
Now moving to the best, the new BV 2000 offers Dual SIM Standby (Micro SIM + Micro SIM). The network types it supports are:
1: 2G (1800, 1900, 850, 900 MHz)
2: 3G (900 and 2100 MHz)
3: 4G LTE (1800, 2100, 2600, 800 MHz)
Meanwhile it also offers Bluetooth connectivity (4.0) and Wi-Fi (Including Hotspot).
BV 2000 is powered by a removable lithium battery with a capacity of 2400 mAh. In detail:
Hours in standby: 93 h
Hours of web browsing: 12 h
Hours of music: 59 h
Hours of telephone: 14 h
Hours of video recording: 3 h
The Blackview BV 2000 runs on Android 5.1 .1 (Lollipop) platform.
This is the only reason that the colors of this phone are available in olive green and blue, which indicates Lollipop version.
Other features: BV 2000 also offers FM radio and supports A-GPS, GPS navigation. The sensors occupied in BV 2000 are Proximity, Light and Gravity.
In conclusion, due to the 4G LTE, Long battery life and Android Lollipop based OS, the new BV is considered the cheapest phone available in the market (up to date). There might be cheaper phones than this but they will not have the features described in this paragraph.
So if you want a phone with many features and average performance, while considering the budget, then BV 2000 is your best choice.
