One of the selling points of the Huawei MediaPad M5 is the Harman Kardon joint design. The 10.8-inch variant comes with sound-wave four-way stereo speakers, while the 8.4-inch version uses dual-stereo speakers. Each speaker comes with its own smart amplifier chip driver. Plus, they use Huawei Histen technology to provide 3D surround sound and to provide an immersive experience. Of course, they support Hi-Res audio quality standards.

As for the display, it uses an IPS screen with a resolution of 2560 × 1600 pixels, pixel density of 280PPI (10.8 inches) and 359PPI (8.4 inches) with Huawei ClariVu 5.0 sharp screen display enhancement algorithm that dramatically improves the dynamic range of the screen, contrast, color saturation, as well as Huawei’s self-developed dynamic color temperature adjustment function, eye protection function, etc.

The Huawei MediaPad M5 uses an all-metal body design with a 2.5D curved glass and U-shaped antenna design complemented by a nano-injection process.
