On June 6, Huawei not only released two new models in face of the Honor Play and Honor 9i in Beijing, but also brought a notebook computer – the glorious Honor MagicBook Ruilong Edition, priced at 3,999 yuan. We are offering you to take a look at this beauty and get acquainted with its highlighted features.
The Honor Honor MagicBook Ruilong Edition uses a metal integrated body design, with a matte processing. The corners use the much-popular R-angle rounded design. So the overall appearance is more elegant. However, this laptop is available in silver color option only.
We are dealing with a top-end laptop, which is packed with a 14-inch 1080P screen. The width of the border on both sides is only 5.2mm, thereby achieving 81% of proportion. The Honor MagicBook Ruilong Edition weighs 1.45kg. So it can be easily picked up with one hand.
As for performance, this notebook is equipped with a full version of the AMD Ryzen R5-2500U, a Radeon Vega8 Graphics GPU, a 2400MHz 8GB DDR4 dual-channel RAM and 256GB solid-state drive.
Ultrabooks have always met the heating problem. But seems the MagicBook Ruilong Edition shouldn’t suffer of it. It uses a special custom fan casing with a concave design. This increases the air volume into the wind, producing an air flow like the ‘canyon effect.’ The fan uses copper shell designed to better discharge heat. The hidden air outlet at the shaft allows the hot air to dissipate unknowingly.
In addition, the Honor MagicBook Ruilong Edition comes with a 2 x 2 MIMO dual-antenna Wi-Fi and a 360-degree interference protection inside the fuselage that can effectively capture signals and increase network speed. The company tested more than 200 Wi-Fi routers on the market and this notebook gives a good wireless connection compatibility.
It costs 3999 yuan.
