SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 8 VS GALAXY S8+
- DISPLAY –
The Note 8 has a 6.3-inch Super AMOLED Quad-HD Infinity Display. Also, the S8+ has the same display with the same resolution, but the only difference is the size. The S8+ has a bit smaller 6.2-inch display. Also, the corners of the Note 8 are sharply rounded, so there are a few more pixels on the display of Note 8 as compared to the S8+’s display.
- DESIGN –
The Note 8 and the S8+ don’t differ much from the front when we consider the design as both have got the same infinity display that is dual curved. The Note is flatter and not that curvy from the edges as compared to the S8+. From the rear, the design changes completely as the Note 8 has a horizontal dual camera setup with the LED flash and Fingerprint scanner to the right of the Camera sensors. Lastly, there is an extra hole on the bottom of the Note 8 for the S-Pen. Rest of the design remains the same.
- SPECIFICATIONS –
Now coming to the specs, the Note 8 features Snapdragon 835 Processor, 6GB of RAM, 12MP+12MP Dual Rear Cameras and more. The S8+ differs from the Note 8 by the fact that its Global variant has the 4GB option only ( 6GB variant is for China) and there is a single 12MP camera on the back side. Also, the Note 8 might come with a bigger battery than the S8+. We hope to see 3,500mAh+ battery on the Note 8.
- PRICING –
The Note 8 is surely going to have higher pricing than the S8+ and the information from Evan Blass has revealed that the Galaxy Note 8 will retail for nearly 1000€ (900+ USD). Talking about the Galaxy S8+, the price of the smartphone is $720. So, there is a huge difference in the pricing.
