The Oclean One is equipped with the most powerful engine ever installed in a toothbrush. It is able to deliver up to 42000 (according to the attached data sheet) or up to 50000 (according to Indiegogo campaign) vibrations per minute, 5.5 mm oscillation movement and 280 gf / cm pressure. In addition, the toothbrush is IP67 certified and has a unibody design.
The Oclean One is a sonic toothbrush. The powerful motor is able to deliver a pressure of 600 gf / cm, which should clean your teeth even more and more thoroughly than other electric toothbrushes. There are two different brush heads available for the Oclean One. The standard head and depth cleaning head produced in cooperation with DuPont + Pedex.
User profiles can be created in the smartphone app for Oclean One. For example, you can choose between “normal” and “nicotine-stained” teeth and “teeth with braces”. Also, habits that typically cause tooth discoloration should be reported. Based on the created profile, the Oclean One then gives recommendations on the cleaning mode, the cleaning time and the intensity. Each “toothbrush session” is rated and you get direct feedback to improve the cleaning habits. This helps to constantly clean the teeth well.
The charging station of the Oclean One is magnetic and very simple. At first, I thought the manufacturer forgot to supply a plug with the same design aesthetic because all the hardware should be there if the charger is to stay in my bathroom all the time. But the Oclean can last up to 60 days on a single charge and charging takes only 3.5 hours. Your bathroom can stay completely wireless!
Oclean claims that the battery lasts for 60 days if you brush your teeth for only 3.5 minutes every day. My cleaning program takes about 2-3 minutes and I did not have to recharge the toothbrush in just 3 weeks. The LEDs still showed 2 full points instead of 4.
