If previously Chuwi has been promoting its LapBook series notebooks and SurBook devices, it’s obvious that the manufacturer pays more attention to the Hi-series models. But it doesn’t mean Chuwi offers only tablet PCs. We have already seen the first mini PC dubbed the Chuwi HiBox and the Chuwi GBox, which is considered to be the first Gemini Lake N4100 mini PC. Today, the manufacturer announced it is going to officially publish the Chuwi HiGame Mini PC on this Thursday at Indiegogo! Actually, it’s an amazing mini PC not only aiming at gamers but those who want power in a tiny format.
Gone are those days when Chuwi was using only low-power chips. The Chuwi HiGame mini PC will be packed with the latest 8th-gen Intel Core i5/i7 processors as well as a Discrete Radeon RX Vega M graphics with a 4GB of High Bandwith Memory Gen 2. Apart from this, this outstanding mini PC will sport an 8GB of RAM and a 256GB storage onboard. But you can expand it whenever you want.
In comparison to other mini PCs, the Chuwi HiGame is a bit larger. But as it comes with dimensions of 173 x 158 x 73mm, you can still carry it wherever you go. It’s very portable. However, its small size doesn’t affect the power it brings. It not only saves space but also brings a stunning user experience for gamers and creators. Thanks to the aforementioned hardware the HiGame is capable of running Triple-A games smoothly and quickly. Plus, we are dealing with a graphical workstation with a big performance. Designers can use it to do complex work in apps like CINEMA 4D. As you guess, the powerful hardware will allow the users to do modeling and rendering of complex projects.
On the back, it carries various interfaces, including 5 (WOW) USB 3.0 ports, 2 HDMI ports, 2 DisplayPort 1.3, microphone and headphone jacks, a Gigabit Ethernet port, and a DC port. On the front, we can find the power button as well as a Thunderbolt 3 interface. The latter can be used to extend another external GPU.
