OPPO CPH2527 New Phone Is Under Testing In India

OPPO is set to release a new mobile phone, which will be identified by the model number CPH2527. According to 91mobiles, the phone’s design bears a striking resemblance to the recently launched Reno 8T 5G. However, it appears that the new model will not come equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

Further details regarding the phone’s specifications and features are yet to be announced, but it is expected to be a mid-range offering and may be priced slightly lower than the Reno 8T.

OPPO Reno 8T 5G specifications

The OPPO Reno 8T sports a 6.7-inch Full-HD+ 10-bit AMOLED display that features a micro-curved design with OPPO glow, a 120Hz refresh rate, a punch-hole cutout, and a resolution of 1080 x 2412 pixels. Its processing power is driven by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC, accompanied by Adreno GPU for graphics, and 8GB RAM with 128GB storage.

The phone operates on Android 13-based ColorOS 13.1 custom skin right out of the box, and also features an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. It has a powerful 4,800mAh battery with 67W fast charging support.

Connectivity options for the Reno 8T 5G include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. The rear camera setup features a 108MP primary sensor, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 40x MicroLens camera. Meanwhile, the front camera is a 32MP snapper that can be used for selfies and video calls.
