Poco M5 Smartphone May Arrive Soon; Spotted on Several Certification Sites| Launching soon
After the grand success of the Poco F4 5G in India, the Chinese smartphone firm is now working on the Poco M5 smartphone. The handset has already been identified on multiple certification sites i.e. IMDA, IMEI, FCC, and BIS. Initially, Xiaomi UI discovered the existence of Poco’s upcoming handset. The device’s registration on all these channels confirms that the phone could launch soon in India and global markets as well.

Poco M5 Smartphone May Install Android 12 OS and Dual-Band WIFI
The revelation of the new handset on many certification sites discloses some specifications of the device. The Poco M5 was first detected by xiaomiui and later it was spotted on several certification channels. It was discovered as an unknown smartphone carrying the codename Rock and Stone and model number 22071219CG. Later, it was confirmed that the listed phone is nothing but Poco M5 after it was found on IMEI with the same model number.
Thereafter, the handset gets listed on other certification firms, including IMDA, BIS and FCC with the same model number. If we consider the listing, Poco’s upcoming handset will run Android 12 OS in the software area. It also confirms that the new Poco phone is a 4G device and supports dual-band 2.4GHz/5GHz WIFI. Well, the IMDA certification also suggests another handset as Poco M5s that will accompany the Poco M5 in the series.
It is being speculated that the upcoming device will be a rebranded variant of the Redmi Note 10S. Hence, the Poco M5s is likely to integrate a 6.43” Full HD+ AMOLED screen as well as the MediaTek Helio G95 SoC. Additionally, the device will hold a 4-cam setting (64MP+8MP+2MP+2MP) on the back and carry a 5,000 mAh battery (33W fast charging) inside the belly. Also, the duo is supposed to reflect a price tag under US$160 in the mid-range segment.
