After several leaks and teasers, the Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi has finally launched 12 Lite, a successor to Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE. It equips a bit more advanced blend of features as compared to the previous iteration. The Android 12-based Xiaomi 12 Lite smartphone has launched globally with a rear triple-cam system and 4300mAh battery. Design
Look-wise, the latest 12 Lite seems impressive and stunning with professionally-crafted chassis. It is built using high-class materials that show a triple-cam mechanism in the upper left corner. The front hosts a 6.55” display while the right side has volume rockers and a power button. It measures 159.30×73.70×7.29mm and weighs 173g.
Operating System & Processor
In the software zone, Xiaomi’s 12 Lite phone runs Android 12 OS with MIUI 13 on top. Performance-wise, the handset integrates an octa-core Snapdragon 778G chipset like the predecessor.

The front of the Xiaomi 12 Lite Smartphone boasts a 6.55” HD+ ALOMED display with 2400x1080p resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio and 950nits of brightness. Also, the screen supports HDR10+, 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz sampling rate.
Camera
The photography capabilities of the phone depend upon the 108MP triple-cam module, including an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP macro camera. The front side presents a 32MP lens with a Samsung GD2 sensor.
