Xiaomi 12S Ultra Specs Reveal Authentic Leica Photo Shots

The Xiaomi 12S Ultra specs and features are official thanks to the Xiaomi 12S Series Launch Event. Everything about the latest Leica flagship camera at the rear of this latest high-end Xiaomi phone is about detailed and authentic Leica’s professional photography experience. As the launch event unfolded complete specs, it was exciting to see the world’s best 2K Super Vision screen with the highest ever 522PPI and E5 2nd Gen LTPO. So, this smartphone might kill the primary camera competition for a while until we see another masterpiece of a camera at any phone’s rear.
Leica Camera Specs
A 50MP and 1.0-inch sensor Leica camera with more than a hundred optical parts are carefully designed to be affixed at the rear of the Xiaomi 12S Ultra. There is the Sony IMX989 chipset, 23mm equivalent focal length, 3.2um four-in-one pixel, 8P lens, f/1.9 aperture, OIS optical image stabilization, and Octa-PD phase focus. Secondly, a 48MP ultra-wide camera with 13mm equivalent focal length, 128°FOV, 1/2-inch outsole, f/2.2 aperture, and AF autofocus. The rear setup has a 48MP periscope camera with 120mm equal focal length, 1/2-inch outsole, f/4.1 aperture, OIS optical stabilization, and Zoom EIS image stabilization.
Xiaomi 12S Ultra Review
There is a 6.7-inch 120Hz AdaptiveSync AMOLED WQHD Plus, Dolby Vision, E5 LTPO Microlens, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus screen. It is a 2K Super Vision display with 1500nits brightness, HDR10 Plus, ZReal, 3200 x 1440p, 522PPI, and 10bit depth.
The Xiaomi 12S Ultra review also shows a 4nm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 with LPDDR5 full blood version RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. Xiaomi’s surging G1 chipset protects the 4860mAh battery to prolong life. There are dual Harman Kardon and Dolby Atmos speakers for the unprecedented audio system.
Other Features
A new bionic design cooling system provides 100% better performance than traditional ones. However, this Xiaomi phone has 67W charging and not 120W charging. You can also use 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse charging. NFC, X-Linear motor, IR Remote, Bluetooth 5.2, and WIFI 6 are included.
You can also take 10bit RAW photos for Adobe software as the DNG file. Adobe Labs uses embedded color correction metadata to optimize pictures automatically. It has new built-in security features like Magic Elimination, Smart Extraction, and Intelligent Recognition for private photos/videos.
