Smartphones with truly ground-breaking functions can now be counted on the fingers of two hands. Certainly, the sub-screen front camera, which went to the ZTE Axon 30 5G model, is one of the more important novelties.
Features of ZTE AXON 30 5G
ZTE Axon 30 5G is not the first smartphone from China that can boast a camera hidden under the screen layer. However, the 16-megapixel matrix can now collect less distorted data thanks to a special algorithm developed by the manufacturer, which is to process photos captured by the camera. In addition, at the location directly above it, the high pixel density (400 PPI) has been preserved while providing the lens with more light.
The entire display has a diagonal of 6.92 inches, and it is made in AMOLED technology with a resolution of 1080p + (with an aspect ratio of 20.5: 9). It refreshes the image at 120 Hz, and the touch sampling is at 360 Hz, which is also very high.
Slightly weaker components
The new ZTE Axon 30 5G is not a 100% flagship because the manufacturer has not decided to use a top processor in it. Instead, it uses the still quite powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 (3.2 GHz) chip. So it will be a phone a little less efficient than the ZTE Axon 30 Pro and Axon 30 Ultra models, although still strong and interesting, especially with a matrix set in the main camera module – 64 Mpix (1/73 ?) + 8 Mpix + 5 Mpix + 2 Mpix.
As the model name suggests, we will be able to count on 5G connectivity. The whole will be powered by a 4200 mAh battery with a 55-watt quick charge. The device is equipped with a triple cooling system that should prevent undesirable temperature increases. The housing of the ZTE Axon 30 5G is 7.8 mm thick, and its weight will not exceed 189 g.
The smartphone will be available globally from September 9 from the ZTE online store. Prices will start from 499 euros for the version with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB internal memory. There will also be an option with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB of built-in memory for 599 euros.
