ZTE MC8020 5G router (Third Generation) launched supporting NSA/SA dual-mode

June 29, 2021, ZTE today released the new ZTE MC8020 5G Router Third generation. ZTE is a major international telecommunication provider. In 2018, ZTE released the first-generation router as CPE MC7010. In 2019, the company launches the second generation of the router as CPE MC801A. Now both the generation of routers are available in more than 30 countries.

Features of ZTE MC8020 5G Router:

The router supports the 5G SA and NSA modes and the sub-6GHz and mmWave spectrum bands. The router enables the dual-path convergence of 5G and wired broadband. It comes with the latest Wi-Fi 6 AX5400 technology which gives you a speed of 200% faster than the second generation.

With the 3.0 super Antenna technology, the third generation MC8020 router improves the 5G signal penetration. We get 20% faster access speed with super antenna technology and 15% more coverage.

MC8020 adopts Qualcomm’s latest enterprise-level NPU, supports Wi-Fi 6, 4*4 MIMO, and can reach a peak rate of 5.4Gbps, which can satisfy up to 128 users online at the same time. At the same time, MC8020 supports key Wi-Fi6 technologies such as OFDMA, TWT, and BSS colouring.

ZTE has exclusively integrated the NFC one-touch function in the third-generation 5G indoor router. Smartphones of all brands equipped with NFC function can be connected with one touch, eliminating the need to enter the password.
