RedMagic 6R to come with 55W fast charger and 4100-mAh battery

 Chinese manufacturer Nubia continues to give a lot of focus to its smartphones from the Red Magic gamer series, and after many leaks regarding the model number NX666J, a new certification by the Chinese agency 3C confirms support for fast charging up to 55W. As we already knew of the 4,100 mAh battery capacity of the smartphone, which will be launched as RedMagic 6R, we see that the model will stand out more for the short period connected to the outlet, since the smaller battery combined with a larger charge offers such advantage.

Other details of the Red Magic 6R or 6 Racing include a 6.67-inch OLED screen with Full HD resolution, unknown eight-core processor and up to 2.8 GHz, options of 6, 8 and up to 12 GB of RAM accompanied by 128, 256 GB and up to 512 GB of storage, plus four rear cameras with a 64 MP main sensor.

RedMagic 6R wins new certificate:

After appearing in TENAA certification last week confirming the existence of the model identified as NX666J, the Nubia gamer smartphone is re-registered in another certificate, now Bluetooth SIG, reinforcing the final nomenclature of RedMagic 6 Racing and Red Magic 6R.

The registration does not reveal details about the device’s design or specifications. Except for support for Bluetooth 5.2. But the certificate issued by TENAA itself confirmed important details of the model. Such as the 6.67-inch screen with Full HD resolution and OLED technology, up to 12 GB of RAM with up to 512 GB of storage.

The new Nubia gamer smartphone will also offer a set of four rear cameras with a 64 MP main sensor. Android 11 from the factory, a 4,100 mAh battery with fast charging support. And an unidentified eight-core chipset with a frequency of up to 2.8 GHz.

The model will release very soon, possibly during the last days of May, with a focus on the Chinese market.

China continues to surprise the world with several new smartphone brands and models, further strengthening its sovereignty in the business.

Last month, the manufacturer Nubia presented the smartphones RedMagic 6 and RedMagic 6 Pro to the market, but it seems that there is more news of them coming to the market since a new model was revealed through the certification agency TENAA (a kind of Chinese ANATEL).

Called the NX666J (a more commercial name is due to be released soon). The model should contain a 6.67-inch OLED screen, with a resolution of 2400 × 1800 pixels. The device comes with an octa-core processor 2.8GHz. It will hit the market in three different versions. Now consumers will be able to choose a RAM of 6GB / 8GB / 12GB. As well as internal storage of 128GB / 256GB and 512GB. On the software side, the new Nubia comes with Android 11 from the factory.

Camera:

The model has a quad-camera system and must have a 64MP primary camera. For selfies and video calls, the smartphone comes equipped with a 16-megapixel camera.

Talking about the dimensions, it is expected that the device is about 163.04mm × 75.34mm × 8.2mm and weighs 186 grams. The phone is supposed to support a 4100-mAh battery and only the black colour has been released so far.

The Nubia RedMagic 6R can feature a digital reader and support 5G. This model also received a certification from the Wi-Fi Alliance last week, confirming support for 5G and Android 11.

Now it remains for us to wait for the official disclosure to find out if the TENAA certification information is correct and if we will see the device in other colour options.
