ZMI 20 Mobile Power bank 2500 mAh crowdfunded in the US

On January 28, 2021, Zimi has brought its new product to the US market for crowdfunding on the Indiegogo platform. The product is the new ZMI 20 Mobile Power bank. The power bank comes with Type-C ports and a USB-A port. This USB-A port is specially designed for the latest notebooks and computers.

Features of ZMI 20 Mobile Power Bank:

The new mobile power bank is rectangular in design to start with the design, made with aluminum and plastic. On the side, you get the screen that displays the battery percentage. The officials of Zimi claims that the ZMI power bank can charge the new MacBook Pro (A2141) up to 75% in 1 hour. The actual measurements show that the mobile power supply’s output efficiency can reach up to 97%.

Looking at the ZMI 20 mobile power bank’s input charge capacity, it takes only 1 hour to charge 80%. And to fully charge the power bank, it will take about 1.5 hours. The product comes with five large-capacity lithium batteries of 21700 specifications, with perfect short-circuit protection, over-temperature protection, and other functions. It can adjust the charging speed in real-time to avoid the danger of excessive temperature.

Xiaomi Today learns that the C1 port of the product will support the PD3.0, PPS, QC3.0, SCP, FCP, and other protocols, and the maximum PD output power can reach 100W. C2 port output also supports QC 3.0, PD3.0, and other protocols, with a maximum output power of 45W. The USB-A port output supports fast charging protocols such as Apple, Samsung, and Huawei, and the maximum output power is 100W.

In terms of input, the mobile power can be input using two Type-C ports, and the maximum support 65W fast charge.

According to the officials of the Zimi, the conversion efficiency of ZMI 20 mobile power bank is 91%-96%.The battery cycle life is about 500 times, and the product weight is 580g. The current crowdfunding price of this mobile power is only 99 US dollars or about 641 yuan. The crowdfunding goal of 16,797 US dollars has been reached, and it is expected to be shipped by the end of March 2021.
