I love how the robot vacuum has a minimalist design with a white circular body in both models – Dreame D9 vs Roborock S5 max. The Roborock S5 max has a sheen gloss to it. It is also available in black. There’s a dome top in both models which act as a pressure sensor to detect obstacles such as low hanging furniture. The Dreame D9 has three function buttons while Roborock S5 Max has two at the top of the robot vacuum. Dreame D9 weighs about 3800g. Both models have a similar charging stand. I did notice that the higher suction mode drains the battery faster. According to each mode, the noise varies. I found that the Dreame D9 provides you with a quiet experiences, it’s as low as 65 dB(A).
