
Ninebot AIR T15 Air Electric Scooter goes official for $569 under crowdfunding on Kickstarter
In the latest move, the Chinese tech manufacturer Xiaomi has presented the new Ninebot AIR T15 under its subsidiary Segway Ninebot. Three days back, the company has put the future-driven electric vehicle under crowdfunding on the Kickstarter platform for $569.
As of now, over $260K of funds have been collected through around 400 buyers. The actual sales are expected to take place in July this year against a price tag of $569. Initially, the electric vehicle will be shipped to Canada and US only with $30 as an extra fee.

In terms of design and technicalities, the latest electric vehicle by Xiaomi looks futuristic with an elegant design approach overall. The handlebar encompasses a two-beam metal design in a plastic housing. It further gains a light strip aligned upward from the bottom to the top.

Further, the Ninebot AIR T15 scooter features an LED light at the front, which indicates to the oncoming traffic at night. However, the brake light also adds to the visibility of the scooter to consolidate safety at night. There is also an LED display panel in the middle of the handlebar. It promises to showcase the real-time operational parameters like vehicle speed, battery level and some others.
The connectivity corridor welcomes the Ninebot app to connect your phone to the electric scooter. It also offers access to scooter data and control measures.
The maximum speed and battery ranges are 20 km/h and 12 KM, respectively. The 4000 mAh BMS battery takes 3.5 hours to charge and comes with protection against overcharge, overheat and short circuit etc.
In others, the Ninebot AIR T15 Electric Scooter can absorb the maximum 100kg capacity and gradeability is 150. It weighs around 10.5 kg.
