Lenovo Zhaoyang K22 is one of the slimmest and lightest notebooks available in the market. With a thickness of just 1.58 cm, the notebook is truly portable. The laptop molds from plastic which looks a bit cheap but that’s an afford done to make it lightweight. Edges of the notebook are curved and offer a very likable design. Hardware & Display

Lenovo Zhaoyang K22 stands a mid-end 13-incher in the Chinese market. The 6-Gen Intel Core i5 6300U processor (@2.4GHz) is the heart of the flagship. We also witness the presence of 4GB RAM under the hood along with a lightning-fast 256GB SSD, which serves as a selling point. There is an Intel HD Graphics 520 integrated graphics in the notebook. It will keep your data safer and make the notebook a lot faster.

Speaking about the display which is the only cons of this laptop, it’s a 12.5 inch HD LED screen capable of generating resolutions up to 1366 x 768 pixels. As it’s LED, the viewing angles are good but still, we get limited to 720p display at this price which is disappointing.

The selling point of the notebook is the dual camera setup (rear +front). There is a 13 MP rear as well as 2 MP front cameras. Not even the Surface Book or MacBook feature a dual camera which is that good. True or not? The Fingerprint Sensor located on the trackpad will ensure an easy way to sign in the notebook and keep all your data secure.

Connectivity & Battery

The notebook will come with dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11. There is a 2 x USB 3.0 port, Bluetooth v4.1, and HDMI Port. There’s also a Type-C port present in the notebook which allows fast data transfer as well as supply external power to K44.

Lenovo Zhaoyang K22 comes with a 5000 mAh Li-Ion battery. The laptop can last for 6 hours only. The reason is probably the inadequate battery capacity. It should have been at least 10,000mAh. The manufacturer seems to be concerned with the design instead of the battery. However, six hours doesn’t seem that bad.
