NO.1 G8 – Another sport Smartwatch with SIM function

From China’s smart watch maker DT NO.1, a smart watch ” NO.1 G8 ” was announced. In NO.1, we have released D series (D5 / D6 / D5 + / D7) as a series of AndroidOS smart watch, but the G series is Bluetooth smart watch equipped with unique UI, not Android.

It also features measurement sensors such as heart rate (Heart Rate) and pedometer (Pedometer), allowing sports and life logs. If you have a Bluetooth connection with your smartphone, you can see the data on a smartphone, and you can also receive various notifications on the smartphone side on the G8 side.

The display is 1.3 inches 240 x 240 and it is a high resolution as a smart watch. It is sporty in terms of design.

Although it carries SIM slot at first, because it is only 2G, it can not be used in Japan.

It seems to be battery life as DT NO. 1 side’s function, it is not battery mode, telephone mode, smart band mode which measures heart rate, but if it is used as a clock 120 hours = 5 days can be used without charging.

The biggest drawback of such a smart watch is “Because charging on a daily basis is troublesome”, it actually takes 2-3 days as a talk half, so it looks quite handy.

Release is scheduled for June 2017. The price is yet to be announced, but since it is sold in the past for about 30 to 40 dollars in general, it should probably be in the same price range.
