LeEco Le Pro 3 delivers where it matters
Perhaps it is the hardware in the LeEco Le Pro 3 that helped it become the overnight pre-order success. Boasting of a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor, this is the second device after the ASUS ZenFone 3 to do so. LeEco claims the Le Pro 3 comes with triple the LTE connectivity speed, 40% improved graphics performance, advanced Wi-Fi options, a faster charging period, double the performance with its quartet of Kryo cores clocked at 2.4GHz.
Expect the flagship device to arrive in 4 variants – 4GB of RAM + 32GB of ROM; 6GB of RAM + 64GB of ROM; 4GB of RAM + 64GB of ROM; and the flagship among the lot: 6GB of RAM + 128GB of ROM. As for the remaining hardware features like the 5.5-inch Full HD display, everything else will remain the same. This includes the 16MP Sony IMX298 camera that is located on the back, as well as a front-facing 8MP camera with 76.5 ° wide angle. That front-facing camera is well suited for selfies and video chats.
Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow is the glue that holds everything together, while LeEco’s eUI 5.8 runs on top of it. A 4,070 mAh battery will keep the smartphone chugging along throughout the day, and everything has been crammed into its aluminum 7.5mm chassis.
