Meizu M3 Max crosses 3.3 Million bookings in 24 hours
In a launch event held earlier on September 5 at Beijing National Convention Center, Meizu released its largest screen sized smartphone – Meizu M3 Max. Though the phone is not on sale yet, it was open for pre-booking at 1699 Yuan for the standard edition.
And in an official post in Weibo, the brand announced that it has reached a record 3.3 Million pre-booking for the device across various online and offline sales channels of the brand.
The brand further added that people in the country are enthusiastic about large screen devices, especially the young crowd of the country.
Coming to the features and specifications of Meizu Charm Blue Max, the device measures 163.4 x 81.6 x 7.94 mm. It features a 6 inch full HD IPS screen that would be very easy and comfortable for multimedia tasks on the device. It is powered by Mediatek Helio P10 processor coupled with 3 GB RAM. For storing content, it has 64 GB of internal storage on the standard edition and 128 GB on the dearer variation.
Coming to the camera segment of the device, the Charm Blue Max has a 13 MP and 5 MP snapper respectively for an amazing shooting experience for the end user.
The device has a built-in 4100 mAh huge battery to power the large screen and other parts of the device. Meizu promises that the battery should be good enough for a complete day of usage even for power users. It comes with the company’s proprietary fast charge technology called m-charge that could charge 45% of the device’s battery in just 30 minutes of charge time.
Though the pre-booking of the device has hit a record high, but we’ll have to wait and watch whether the device will be equally popular and in demand as it is during the pre-booking time. Also, it is to be noted that there are many upcoming mobiles launches scheduled for the coming months so we are not sure whether the Charm Blue Max is a good buy.
