Xiaomi released a MIUI 8 Global Beta ROM
The next group of Xiaomi devices has got an update of its software to a MIUI 8 Global Beta ROM. The next generation of MIUI – the 8th one, is now available for the next batch of devices, as the official source claims. It’s worth reminding, that in overall it’s the third group of Xiaomi gadgets, which were updated to the 8th version of MIUI. Two previous groups of devices got the same update earlier. Which models were included in those groups?
The first batch of gadgets, which has got a Xiaomi released a MIUI 8 Global Beta ROM, consists of Redmi Note 3G, Redmi Note Prime, Redmi 2, Xiaomi Mi Max 32Gb, as well as Xiaomi Note 4G. Those gadgets were the first, receiving Xiaomi released a MIUI 8 Global Beta ROM 6.7.5.
After that, the second group of gadgets got an update. It included such models, as Redmi 2 Prime, Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, Redmi 1S, as well as Xiaomi Mi3 and Mi4. Naturally, the same version of an update (MIUI 8 Global Beta ROM 6.7.5) has also come for the third group of the Chinese devices: Xiaomi Mi 2/Mi 2S, Mi Note and Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (Special Edition Global).

It’s also necessary to mention, that each package has a zip-format, so that it’s an archive, which should be unzipped in a further, in order to update your software on the device.
