Xiaomi Mi Band 2 will launch soon thanks to leaked images

It has been a while since heard anything about Xiaomi Mi Band 2, but it looks like with the latest leaked information, the wearable might come much sooner rather than later. According to a Chinese source, there is an image of what appears to be a smaller sensor and if our judgment happens to be true, this is the same sensor is most likely going to be present in the upcoming wearable.

Similar to its predecessor, we expect Xiaomi Mi Band 2 to be as affordable as the original Mi Band, making it a popular product amongst individuals who love exercising and those who do not want to spend too much money acquiring a very expensive wearable just to monitor their health.

We also expect that Mi Band 2 is going to have a 30 day battery life, but with new features such as NFC, this might not be possible any longer, unless of course Xiaomi decides to place in a bigger cell. The NFC chip will also allow consumers to make payments in the near future. Since payments do not take place through a public Wi-Fi network, we believe that it will be much more secure as compared to the latter.

So far, we have not come across the actual images of the product, but we are sure that Xiaomi Mi Band 2 is going to be announced very soon.
