Xiaomi Mi Note 3 Promotional Sticker Leaked with Snapdragon 660

Last year when the Xiaomi Mi 5S and Mi 5S Plus failed, the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 along with the Xiaomi Mi MIX were the only devices that saved the day. Though the main flagship of the company is considered to be the original Mi line handsets, the Mi Note series don’t yield their siblings at all. That’s why we always wait for the Mi Note handsets to come with the latest hardware. But does Xiaomi think so? Until today we have had no doubts the third-gen Xiaomi Mi Note 3 will sport the Snapdragon 835 chip, which can be found only the top-notch handsets. But today an interesting and exciting spy photo has been published that made us confuse. Though there is no phone image in the photo, the sticker we see shows unbelievable hardware.

Xiaomi MI Note 3

As you see, this is going to be a promotional sticker of the upcoming Xiaomi Mi Note 3. And if believing in it, the next flagship of Xiaomi will be packed with a Snapdragon 660 chip. Apart of this, it should also use a dual-camera on the rear supporting optical zoom and portrait mode, a 16MP front camera, four-side curved glass housing, and dual-SIM connectivity with dual-standby options. Seems all the features but the processor match the requirements of the next flagship from the Mi Note line. But the absence of the Snapdragon 835 chip causes too many questions.

Xiaomi MI Note 3

We don’t know whether this leak has anything common with the Xiaomi Mi Note 3, but the features it reveals remind me another rumored phone named the Xiaomi Mi 6C. As you remember, this handset was codenamed as Jason and it leaked on GFX Benchmark site. According to the leaked screenshots, the Xiaomi Jason should sport a 5.46-inch Full HD screen, Snapdragon 660 chip, 6GB of RAM, 64GB of internal memory, 12MP dual-camera (Sony IMX386 + Samsung s5k3m3) on the back, 16MP front camera (Samsung s5k3p8sp), and many more. The Xiaomi’s ‘C’ lettered smartphones always belong to the mid-range category. So the Snapdragon 660 does. That’s why tend to think this sticker has nothing common with the Xiaomi Mi Note 3. The latter should sport better features. But who knows what is in Xiaomi’s  mind.
